Gracyalny Disneyland
Combine cutting and rolling the lawn with a “fun ride” (hold on to your sister) and call it good family entertainment. Multi tasking and ingenuity is in our blood. Not quite sure what rolling down the grass was good for but it was “just like the rides at Disneyland” or so we were told. |

Quilted maxi dresses with a bow and side parts with barretts. (FYI- Mom’s dress matched) Why didn’t our brothers have to dress up like we did? Too cool, way older! |
Family Vacation
To Mount Everest we go? It was actually out West somewhere and really really high up. One less sister with just a little push, and you’d have a room to yourself when we got back home. How’d we travel? With a supped-up school bus, a.k.a. the “Green Bus”. Pack in 5 kids, 2 adults, a dog, and a ton of food, and off to see the country we go. |

Family Holidays
Easter at our grandparent’s house in the U.P., the metropolis of Ewen, Michigan to be exact. Apparently back then smiling for a photo was optional. It could also have been the giant chocolate Easter bunny we just ate churning in our stomachs. Or…thoughts of the lime green jello pea coleslaw salad our our Grandma was working on for dinner. Hmmm- hard to tell. |
Christmas Morning
Mom’s wondering who is going to pick up this mess, Lori is practicing for America’s Next Top Model and our brother Jerry is showing off his new SILVER MOON BOOTS. What you don’t see is Lynelle and LoAnn buried under all that wrapping paper, we found them after breakfast when it was time to do dishes. |
