Coffee Descriptions
Roasts are in order from darkest to lightest
Espresso - The Monet Roast…our signature espresso. Rich, dark chocolate tones perfect for the discriminating Wisconsin palate. Creates a smooth latte, cappuccino or straight shots.
Premium Italian Roast…a soft, smooth, mild tasting Italian style espresso roast. It is always a medium rich brown, never black or too oily.
French Roast- darkest roast with heavy body and smoky aroma
Cowboy Java- to pay tribute to a fine tradition, we’ve blended beans from some of the greatest coffee producing countries to provide a full bodied, rich, smooth flavored cup of coffee.
Black and Tan…In the tradition of the Old English Pub, this blend mixes our powerful dark beans with our zesty full flavor roast to provide a perfectly balanced morning coffee (blend of Cowboy Java and Colombian).
Crystal Coffee Breakfast Blend- smooth body, mild acidity and medium roast.
Brazilian Yellow Bourbon – a soft, nutty, low acidity with a nice bittersweet chocolate taste.
Ying Yang- a dark roasted “woody” Sumatra bean mixed with a light roasted “nutty” Indian Malabar; full body, low acidity
Sumatra Mandheling #1...a rare, exotic coffee from Indonesia, known for its heavy body, deep flavor, nutty aroma and low acidity
Costa Rican this coffee is prized for its great body and complex flavor profile
Colombian- mild, perfectly balanced and clean. This coffee comes from the finest estates of
Colombia‘s pre-eminent growing region.
Organic Ethiopian Harrar- medium-bodied; a wonderful mixture of blueberry jam, cocoa, and a touch of cinnamon and cardamom in this amazing coffee.
